Bettina Nadorp, PhD, an Assistant Professor in the Division of Precision Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, conducts groundbreaking research in integrating multi-modal single-cell technologies with clinical data. Specializing in hematologic malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome, her work employs single-cell transcriptomics, T cell receptor sequencing, and clinical data integration. Her most recent findings shed light on the significant impact of inflammation on AML patient survival and the potential improvement in AML patient stratification with inflammation risk scores.
