Roman Khadka, PhD

Roman Khadka, as part of Center for Cellular Immunotherapy (CCI), our research in the Bhoj lab is focused on cellular immunotherapy targeted against pathogenic B cells to treat autoimmune disorders. We are currently investigating efficacy and feasibility of chimeric auto-antigen receptors (CAAR) T cells in the context of Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP). In collaboration Naji lab, we are actively expanding our interests in transplantation and other autoimmune disorders including diabetes.
