Shu Yang, PhD

Dr. Shu Yang is currently a postdoc researcher working with Prof Li Shen at UPenn. He did his Computer Science PHD at UBC with Profs Raymond Ng and Anne Condon. His research interests lie in the intersection between artificial intelligence and bio/medical-informatics, with current focuses on imaging-genetics multimodal study for AD, recommender system for RNA-protein interactions, and more recently large language models and other foundation models.
